Hendrick Kganyago Soccer Training Program
Hendrick Kganyago Course offers coaches the opportunity to gain practical experience from trainers and players in a real environment and at the same time promote best practices in coach training.
Coaches who complete the free introductory module are the first step on the revised path to the trainer license and will be equipped with four free play-by-practice trainings (play-through trainings). In conjunction with U.S. Soccer, Hendrick Kganyago also offers coaching training in each state.
The training program of the Hendrick Kganyago is aimed at our numerous volunteer coaches, assistant coaches and team managers in all categories. It includes a national license and courses developed by the US Soccer Federation to provide coaches with the most up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge to ensure that players can fully flourish.
This is not to exclude parents and stakeholders from participating in the education process. Constructive football principles, match clinics and coaching at youth level are important to teach young players the game and manage their football. We recommend choosing the course based on the game format of the child to be trained.
Democratic coaching is somewhat more lax than autocratic coaching and involves the coach and players sharing responsibility for coaching their team.
Hendrick Kganyago - While the coach provides leadership and positive leadership, the players take an active role in leading their teams. This not only creates a sense of accountability and freedom but also helps players develop better decision-making skills that serve them on the field more effectively.
